Alphamama! All girls! All hot! All quite accomplished, amiable young musicians! We are joined by Anita Meiruntu and Milan Ring for an interview and live performance of an R&B cover.

Also I get on the decks to do a mix of hip hop, reggae, soul, miami bass and other types of Christmas songs. Each year we do a Christmas Special on the show, this mix is just a more condensed version of last years special with a couple of new editions.

In addition, Joyride joins us on mixing and shit talking duties.

I have memories of listening to Paparazzi on rotation on my walkman sharing a headphone with a mate, while we drank in the park. As a long time fan of Xzibit, it totally took me by suprise when he started working with Dre and Eminem and began to blow up on a more commercial level. Now better know for modifying cars than hip hop, Xzibit recently toured Australia hitting every two horse town on the map. Here are some photos from Sydney.

I will be honest. We are going to have to get our own soundsystem next time we do this. Great turn out, capacity event, hot people, lots of hip shaking and drunken unruliness, but some problems with sound. With a few more people in the room it was hard to get it loud it enough with out the speakers cutting out.

Even so, it was still an amazing night of Rock N Roll and Soul from the 50s and 60s, and we are going to work hard to make sure the next one is even more swinging.

Stolen Records fam and foreign correspondent Mike Who checking in to share some love from Iquique, Chile. If you didn’t make it to our party and my farewell sauna workout “Badonkadonk” at goodgod, you may not know that i am now living in Chile. Life is good, the people are awsome, weather is nice, and the food is great. It’s a Little odd not having to go to work or wake up for uni but i’m finding unemployment pretty satisfying. I’m going to try and post some tunes on the regular that i come across during travels.
